After graduation, Keisha began her career serving pregnant and postpartum women in rural communities. Throughout her career, she has worked in both inpatient and outpatient settings, treating individuals struggling with addiction (alcohol, drugs, and gambling) and mental health issues. As a knowledgeable and experienced therapist, Keisha has led numerous groups and seminars on a variety of topics, including the impact of addiction on family members, stress management, divorce recovery, pregnancy and postpartum care, and depression.

Keisha is an expert in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, a powerful and effective model for understanding and transforming the inner landscape of the self. Internal Family Systems Therapy focuses on the idea that each person has many different “parts” or sub-personalities that make up their overall personality and emphasizes the importance of self-leadership, self-awareness, and building healthy relationships between these parts. Keisha offers a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their inner thoughts and beliefs and work toward greater well-being.

Keisha currently serves as a staff member of Intimacy From The Inside Out (IFIO) couples therapy modality.  IFIO elegantly addresses a spectrum of relationship challenges — from communication hurdles and intimacy concerns to conflicts and boundaries — with a focus on fostering lasting, meaningful connections. She really enjoys teaching other therapist about this relationship changing approach to couple’s counseling.

Keisha translates her experience as a therapist, leader and business owner into business consultations.  Keisha recently was awarded a Certificate in Women’s Entrepreneurship from Cornell University.

Keisha is passionate about helping her clients reach their full potential and utilizes individual, group, and couples therapy to facilitate change. She is a native North Carolinian and enjoys spending her free time with her family, including her dog CeCe, watching movies, laughing, and simply enjoying life. If you’re looking for a dedicated and experienced therapist in the Triangle Area, look no further than Keisha Bryan.
